Agenda Risk has a growing portfolio of projects and has seen the need to enhance its expertise in security and preparedness. 1. On April 1st this year, Sigmund Flaate will start as a Senior Advisor, thus becoming an integral part of the Agenda Risk team. Sigmund comes from the Norwegian Police Security Service (PST).
Sigmund is a trained police officer with over 16 years of extensive experience in regular police service, the Armed Forces, and PST. Over the past six years, he has been with PST, where he has served both in the close protection unit and the intelligence division. He brings substantial experience from assignments both in Norway and abroad.
His knowledge and understanding of threats directed at Norway and Norwegian businesses are highly current, and he possesses operational-level experience with threats and threat actors targeting Norwegian interests.
In addition to his police education and numerous specialised courses conducted by PST and the police, he is also in the final stages of completing a master’s degree in security and preparedness.
Sigmund’s expertise is extremely pertinent in today’s complex threat landscape and should be of great interest to Norwegian businesses. At Agenda Risk, we are deeply grateful to have him join us as part of our continuously expanding team.
